First, Mario Nowogrodzki, who operates Mendelson Consulting in Pembroke Pines, FL, and who has received numerous industry awards including "2010 Technology Pacesetter" by AccountingToday magazine and "2008 Killer VAR" by Accounting Technology magazine gave a rousing presentation on the use of QQube with Excel.
He also called on Haiden Turner, founder of Winged Disc Technologies , who told the crowd of a recent QQube consulting engagement where QQube easily handled over 122 QB companies for the purpose of consolidated financial reporting. That is not a typo - yes, 122 QB companies
There was talk of Mario's presentation, long after his time on stage. Super Mario!
Next, founder Chuck Vigeant, with the help of Gale Kirsopp of Kirsopp Consulting, wowed the special class size of 20 students by showing the difference between the 'old way' of creating reports with SAP Crystal Reports, and the 'new way' using QQube.
It is safe to say, that after the painful exercise, everybody wanted to use QQube to get at the data. No more tables, relationships, reverse engineering. Oh what a relief it was!
